Red Stag Acres

Welcome to western Wisconsin and Red Stag Acres.  We feature venison and breeding stock from our herd of Red Deer.  Red Deer are a little smaller than our American Elk and are sometimes called European Elk .  Venison from our farm raised Red Deer is tender and lean without the wild game taste associated with some types of venison. Red Deer Venison is low in fat, calories, cholesterol and carbs.   Some of the venison meats we offer include steaks, roasts, burger patties, summer sausage, jerky and Snack Bites!  We have some cooking tips on our Frequently Asked Questions page along with photos, information and of course on Order Form on the website.  Thanks for stopping by.
